この利用規約は、AndroidおよびWindowsアプリ「栄冠にゃいん」(以降、本アプリ)について、作者(koji)が利用条件を定めるものです。
お客様が本アプリを利用することを選択した場合、お客様はこの利用規約に記した情報の収集と利用に同意したことになります。収集した情報は、サービスの提供と改善のために使用されます。個人を特定できる情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

アプリを使用している間、お客様が利用しているアプリのバージョン、OSのバージョン、メモリ使用量、プレイ中のデータなどを取得することがあります。この情報から個人を特定されることはありません。
本アプリは、お客様を識別するために使用される情報を収集する可能性のある第三者サービスを使用しています。
広告について
本アプリのAndroid版では、広告配信ツールとしてAdMob(Google Inc.)を使用しており、AdMobがご利用者の情報を自動取得する場合がございます。Windows版には広告はありません。

プレイ中のデータの収集
本アプリでは、プレイ中のデータをクラウドサーバーに送信します。その結果をランキング機能などで、公開する場合もあります。
従って、本アプリのプレイ中、高校名や選手名に個人情報(自分の本名など)を入力しないようにお願いします。
本アプリのプレイ中のデータを公開することによって起きた損害について、作者は一切の責任を負いません。
保証の否認および免責事項
本アプリは、事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
作者は、本アプリに起因してお客様に生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。

This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of use for the Android and Windows application "Koshien Baseball" (hereafter referred to as "the App") by the author (koji).

Collection of data during play
This application sends data during play to a cloud server. The results may be made public through the ranking function.
Therefore, please do not enter any personal information (such as your real name) in the high school name or player name while playing this app.
The author will not be held responsible for any damage caused by publishing the data during the play of this application.

The author does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that this application is free from defects in fact or in law (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security or otherwise, errors or bugs, or infringement of rights).
